• Identity & KYC data: name, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhaar (via DigiLocker), photograph, and address;
• Contact data: mobile number, email address, and residential details;
• Financial data: income, employment details, bank account details, and credit information;
• Transaction data: loan applications, repayments, and account activity;
• Technical data: device information, IP address, location, and usage analytics.

• To verify your identity and complete KYC as required by law;
• To assess creditworthiness, process applications, and disburse and service loans;
• To communicate with you about your account, applications, and repayments;
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations (including to credit bureaus and RBI);
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to improve our products and services.

With your explicit consent, we verify your PAN and retrieve your Aadhaar details through DigiLocker using RBI/UIDAI-compliant verification partners. We access only the data necessary to verify your identity and do not store your full Aadhaar number; only a masked reference is retained as permitted by law.

We may share your information with:

• Credit information companies (CIBIL and other bureaus) as required by RBI;
• Regulators, statutory authorities, and law-enforcement agencies when legally required;
• Service providers and partners (verification, payments, communications) under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect certain features.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit (256-bit SSL) and access controls, to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
